Everything on the tour was planned and prepared very well, and Dimitry was a very good guide. I especially appreciate his flexibility so that we took the chance to climb Avachinsky volcano on the very first day. It was a hard day (jetlag…), of course, but also the day of the week with the best conditions. I also want to highlight that the food on the tour was excellent and exceeded by far my expectations. The only real disappointment of the trip was that we couldn’t reach the top of Vilyuchinsky volcano. But that was, of course, due to the weather which was not in our hands. And I anyhow appreciate that we did our best and did try it twice.
